CVOA Members - For Fastest Shipping, Order and Pay Online

You may place your CVOA merchandise order online. We DO NOT accept credit cards. The cost of doing so is prohibitive. You may pay by:

  • PayPal
    • Payment by PayPal is a separate step at the end of the ordering process
  • Money order
  • Personal check

Orders submitted online will be forwarded to CVOA Merchandise Director Bob Slusarek. You may check on the status of your order at any time by clicking on the Order Status button under Account Services.

WARNING!:

We are all VOLUNTEERS. We have jobs, families and other responsibilities and demands on our time. We offer these items as a service; WE ARE NOT A BUSINESS.

Accordingly please be patient after ordering parts or accessories:

  • Please allow THREE WEEKS from RECEIPT of your order for SHIPPING of PayPal orders.
  • Please allow THREE WEEKS from RECEIPT OF PAYMENT for SHIPPING of orders paid for by money order.
  • Please allow 6-8 WEEKS from RECEIPT OF PAYMENT for SHIPMENT of orders paid for by personal check (to allow time for your check to clear).
Almost all orders are shipped via UPS. Some small items may be shipped via USPS.

You may create an online order, print it, and snail mail it in with your money order or check. Instructions are provided at the end of the CheckOut screen.
