- Topic 6- Do we like the 4 Regions and the H-Body Region setup? Should we add/ subtract/ or maintain the structure?
I agree with the existing 4 region format. If there was to be a move to add region(s), I think it would clearly apparent and or necessary to do so. Probably better to add additional director before that. On a more positive note, it is better that the consideration is heading toward more instead of less, right?
- Topic 5- Parts Projects. I suggest we table any thoughts for specific parts programs at the moment. Individuals who are searching for parts to be produced should do so on their own, and if find a solution, then present to the Club Execs and we decide if Club money will fund or not.
I agree with for now sticking to the maintenance items. If bigger investment items become possible someone will step up to take advantage.
- Topic 4- Elections Process. We are on the honor system for voting, due to outside provider for the poll collections. IS this a good idea? How should we handle an individual who may be knowing abusing the system? (So far, this is the cheapest, best option for us, since this will be a yearly occurence. )
