Is there any interest in someone starting to come up with a "development Plan" for potential RDs and Executive Members? It doesn't have to be overly complicated. But doeas anyone have suggestions on what or how to implement this?

You do not need to be a computer programmer to manage the website. I have already identified two sources that can implement any program code changes. Just need someone with good computer skills. An understanding of databases would definitely be a plus.
