Not sure if this posting is proper way to promote the selling of CV 3517. No rust, still competitive as an AutoX entry, runs well, several modifications to make more competitive in DSP class, but could be returned to street legal - photos attached. Looking for fair offer.

So John, you are same age as CV! Can I ask you the same questions as a prospective buyer of CV3517 asked: Do you have any rust? And is your paint (exterior) original? What about body damage - been in the shop for anything?

Thanks so much John for the quick response. I will gather photos and place it on Bringatrailer and maybe also barnyard. I am in no rush to sell, but if someone offers the right price, then I will sell immediately. I have no idea of the right price. Is is $500 or $5000, or somewhere in between? This car is ready to drive in an AutoX today, and will compete very well. It can drive the street but doesn't have valid tags. The body is in good shape-having been in a garage for its whole life - no rust, or significant dents, reasonable paint, stripes, etc. I uploaded more pix to the Registry. It has been modified with the following: Webers, Hutton sleeved block with Cosworth pistons blue-printed at Hutton's shop, MSD ignition, four speed rock crusher transmission with 4:11 (so it turns high RPM on the street), fiberglass bumpers, half a coil cut from springs (this lowers the car a little bit but I have the original springs), Hal QA1 coil over shocks, heavier front sway bar, aftermarket performance driver's seat. I have original computer, seat, bumpers, Borg Warner 5 speed, front sway bar and original springs and spare front spoiler. I also have a bag of Weber jets and many old magazine articles and the GM service manuals. I could use some help placing a value on this CV. I have no idea what is the "right" price.

Just noticed that CV 3518 exists. So the 3517 is next to last!
