c. CVOA Inventory

i. Some price increases

1. 140 Vega Head Gasket, limited Stock available

2. Water pump Inventory , we just bought 20 or so cores

ii. Any other Inventory Concerns?

d. CVOA Website

i. Lots of new additions/ tweeks

ii. Additional info added weekly

iii. Cost per year to the Club is about $550.00

iv. We do have backup support for the Website/ hardrive copies, etc. so our Critical Information is not lost if Wix (our provider) was to shut down

v. Should we go forward with the Separate Regional Websites, or should we shut them down?

e. Development of Prospective Members for Leadership Roles in the Club (succession planning)

i. How can we gain more traction in getting New (or tenured) Members interested in taking over the various Leadership roles in the Club?

ii. We do need support at all levels.

6) CVOA National Roundups

a. 2020 Kansas City, MO (CVOA Southeast Region)- Should we shelf this for the year due to Coronavirus?

i. We can use Iowa Regional Roundup that has been pushed to Oct. as a backup for the National Roundup (Dave Bloch would be host)?

ii. We can use the Detroit, Woodward Dream Cruise in Mid August as a backup venue? (John F. Cowall and John J. Cowall can host)

b. 2021- Iola Wisconsin (CVOA Midwest Region) July 9-11 – Steve Mayefske Host (Iola Old Car Show and Swap Meet)

c. 2022- Phoenix/ Scottsdale AZ (CVOA West Region) Dates TBD – Jim Rigg Host (looking into March or April dates)

d. 2023- Poconos, PA, (CVOA Northeast Region)Date TBD – Mark Nizer/ Bill Lynch Co-Hosts Tentatively

e. 2024- No Venue should be Southeast Region area
