e. Development of Prospective Members for Leadership Roles in the Club (succession planning)
i. How can we gain more traction in getting New (or tenured) Members interested in taking over the various Leadership roles in the Club?

At this point, it is hard to know what I am responding to. BUT... go back to some of my previous ideas/comments considering judging and Judges at a Roundup. This is hard... are we getting a concensus?
As I stated in an earlier comment... "I agree that the Host should NOT be responsible for setting up Judges, they have way too many things on their plate on a Roundup weekend. Maybe an idea is that the region that is hosting the roundup appoints 1-3 individuals to seek out judges, months prior to the event. I feel that the region would be best suited to do this because they are the ones that will probably show up in the biggest numbers. Judges could be from any and all regions, but the region would be responsible for lining up the judges, prior to the event."
