A) Have we identified and current or prospective Members who would be willing to share responsibilities with RDs or the Executive Council to possibly take over a role in the Future?

B) what do we have to do differently to attract Members to want to take over some of these roles and responsibilities?

C) Have RDs and Executive Council Members Reached out to see about Members interest in these roles?
