Hello,

The 2021 CVOA Directors Meeting is officially Closed! I want to Thank you all who viewed and participated. We were able to accomplish a bit with this Meeting, and keep the CVOA on a Great path for the next year.

I do want to Thank Bill Lynch for his Service to the CVOA as Regional Director of the H-Body "Region". He has started a path for us to be more inclusive with other H-Body Fans and not just Cosworth Vega Focused Individuals.

Congratulations to JD Smith, who retains his position as Webmaster for the Next 3 years!

Congratulations to Shawn Parsons for retaining his position as V.P. of Merchandise for the Next 3 years!

And, Cogratulations to Jack Hovick, who has been voted in as the New H-Body Regional Diretor. I am sure Jack will continue to push to include other H-Body Members to our Organization!

We have instituted new Concours Judging Guidelines for our National Roundup Events, the Chief Judge will be Jay Hovick! Great work Jay on setting this standard up, and I cannot wait to see it implemented at Green Bay!

We have some good plans for National Roundups in the next few Years, we will firm up 2023 hopefully this Summer with Mark Nizer.

We will be hosting Monthly Zoom Meeetings, another way for Members across the Country to participate, comminucate, and educate each other across the Country. (and maybe even some of our International Members will particiapte!) David bloch will be spearheading this, we will firm up dates and times in the upcoming month or two. Stay tuned!

The Club President has been Added to the Checking Account as a Signer, as a precaution. So we have 2 people that can access the Club Finances if needed.

The Financial, Membership, and Merchandise Reports were all approved for 2020. Thank You Shawn and Mike R. for preparing these.

We still have some work to do as an Organization in regards to succession plans. We do need Members to step up and show an interest in running the Club in the forseeable future.
