I wanted to Thank you all for the discussion and helping to create a plan for the CVOA for this year, going into 2023.

Shawn P. Mike R, and John J. Cowall will form a committee to reveiw pricing and shipping increase in costs (If needed) of the CVOA Merchandise. (To be completed in the Fall of 2022)

Mike R. will submit the Financial Report, and Merchandsie Report for 2021, and will be subitted for appproval at a later date. (Will also be posted on the CVOA Website)

We have a good plan going forward for Annual CVOA National Roundups through 2025.

Hopefully Members, Driectors and Executive Council Members will continue to develop and find interested persons who may want to help lead the CVOA in coming years.

I, John J. Cowall, President of the CVOA, am calling the 2022 Annual Directors Meeting to a Close. Do I have a second person to approve Closing the Meeting?
