Adding Regional Co-Directors

• 2 to 3 Co-Directors Per Region

• Goal is to get more Members involved Nationally, and have more Point Persons for Club Members to contact

CVOA Annual National Roundup Future Plans

• 2026, Des Moines , IA - Full Steam Ahead!

• 2027, Wilmington, NC - Rock Family are Co-Hosts

• 2028, Open. Any potential willing Hosts? Looking for West Coat Opportunities if Possible?

• 2029, Open. Any potential willing Hosts? This will be the CVOA 50th Roundup!

Topic 3

CVOA Finances/ Membership Report

• Mike Rupert. Brief recap of where we are at financially as a Club

Topic 4

CVOA President has expressed desire to step down from his roles

• CVOA President Role open

• Editor of the National Magazine open

• VP of Website Role open

• Chief Concours Event Judge for National Roundups, Role open

• Plan to stay on as Registrar for the Car Registry
