Just bought CV 1904. Interior is great but the engine??. Compression is only 120 in all cylinders. The paint is crazed badly. Project!

Didn't do a leak down yet but did a wet compression with the fuel cut off. All cylinders 148 +_ 2. I'm thinking maybe fuel washed. Hope not too much damage.
