Mobile website is Very SLOW

This is the second post I have made today via the Mobile site. I use an iPhone 6 Plus connected to my home internet (15 M fiber connection). I am very less than impressed with this interface. It is very cluncky to say the least. If I was not a technical worker I would have given up AND NOT posted in this manner. I hate to complain but this is a concern... the wesite could not even keep up with my typing while doing this post. I am guessing this is a limitation of this webserver, but it is cncerning to me. If i had to guess it took me well over 10 minutes to do these two posts. I could not figure out how to add more than one photo on a post. Most would not have my patience posting this way. I wish I could show a video of my attempts, typing was a BITCH... type, wait... retype, backspace as needed and so on.

Hello,

Thank you very much for the clarification, I see now what you are referring to. I have checked the process of posting a new blog post and a comment. The overall process is smooth on mobile, however text input and navigation does feel choppy or slow if you add a big photo to the post and try navigating/changing text while the image is being uploaded and processes. Is this the kind of issue you are referring to here? If the photos are rather big, and the network speed, or your phone's CPU speed are not high enough, you may experience the effect your user is describing.

However please note that I still was able to add three large photos to the post and a rather long text. Try not to add or navigate text while the image is in the process of being added to the forum post. After the image is uploaded and finally added to the post, you should be able to type or edit text without any slowliness.

Please try it and confirm whether it works for you.

Alternatively, please use your PC to add and edit heavy content posts.

We hope you find this information helpful, but should you need anything else please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards, Alex, Production QA Team
