Up for sale in January of 2005. Hello all. I am writing to let everyone know that #1036 is looking like it
will be going up for sale here real soon. (Unless my mom agrees to pay for ALL the work that it needs
done to make it a good driver). I am offering it to you guys who know what a truly unique car this is. I
don't want to sell it but I can't take care of it like it ought to be cared for. I would like some feedback on
if anyone is interested. It just turned 1752 miles today. I hope to hear back soon. Matt Campbell

Belongs to Matt Campbell. VIN is 1V77E5U235382. He lives in Sahuarita (Tucson area) AZ, and
occasionally takes his Cosworth to car shows. His Cosworth was bought new by his father in Hubbard,
IA, and it “grew up” in Iowa Falls. It is ultra low mileage, with only 1740 on the clock in January of 2005.
Pictures in Photo Registry are from when it was in a photo shoot for the magazine article in Hemmings in
January of 2004. Coolbudde2000@yahoo.com

According to a March 2011 email, this car belongs to an R. Scott whose eddress is thumpy98@aol.com.
He wrote: Gentlemen: I actually took the time to verify my decal #. I have put several thousands of
dollars in a Cosworth with 29K miles. It will not start any more. It will grind and grind. I have replaced
almost of the major parts including fuel lines, fuel filters, fuel pumps, etc. Before it quit completely, it
would start right up and run good for 5 minutes. Once it got warm it would idle and cut out if I tried to
drive it. This has been a very frustrating thing for me as you can imagine. MY DM guy has done
everything he can think of and it still won't run . Please put your thinking caps on. The only thing I have
not replaced is the computer. Is that the next step?

My name is Derek Rodriguez. I am the current owner of CV #1041. I bought from Mr. Randy Bolt back on November 25, 2018. Since then, I have done repair work and some modifications on the car. Such as new air filter, new spark plugs and wires, new timing belt, new crankshaft seal, new pcv valve. For modifications, I took out the catalytic convertor and gave it a magnaflow exhaust. All other parts have remained the same. I will upload some pictures in the email as well. Thank you.

Appeared on Craigslist in October of 2013 with the following text: "1975 Chevy Vega Cosworth with 4‐
speed stick shift‐‐$750. Car is complete but some parts have been taken off to pull the motor out!
Pretty straight body and the interior looks to be in good shape too! Car has a bad motor! It's on my
trailer and I can deliver it to you! Clean title in hand, ready for a new home...call text or email for more
info (951)326‐5543. Thanks for looking and have a great day!" The car looks pretty trashed, but the
body looks pretty good from the pictures, all things considered. The car is located in "Menifee", which is
in the Inland Empire region. According to Wikipedia, the Inland Empire (I.E.), is a metropolitan area and
region of Southern California. It is situated directly east of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The term
"Inland Empire" is most commonly used in reference to the U.S. Census Bureau federally
defined Riverside‐San Bernardino‐Ontario metropolitan area, which covers more than 27,000 square
miles (70,000 km2). The metropolitan area consists ofRiverside County and San Bernardino County.

Offered for sale on eBay in November of 2002: Looking for a one of a kind car? Want to own a real rare
vehicle? You can be the owner of a car that is rarely seen!! What a value it is at the reserve price, which
is set very low! Yes it is a '75 believe it or not! This unique Cosworth Vega is #1043. This is a tight and
solid original car. This car shows and runs well. The vehicle has the original Vega Cosworth Twin Cam
122 CID motor in it and running well. The engine is backed by a four‐speed manual tranny with a floor
shifter which functions well. The Interior is in good original shape with good seats, good carpet and a
nice dash with full instrumentation. The car has 51,665 original miles on the odometer. This Vega is
quite a deal and you will be surprised at the LOW reserve, which provides great savings over others on
the market. The car has quite a presence indeed. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners
any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension is in good working order as well as the
electric system. This Cosworth is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right! This vehicle is in
straight condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for
a great example of a sought after and hard to find collector. If you have been looking but cannot find a
nice, fast car worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one! The finish on
the vehicle is unfortunately in terrible shape and will need to be redone. The interior is very attractive
and should need very little work. The vehicle does not have any rust on the under carriage or on the
body AT ALL. The floors are beautiful (see below) and the tires are newer as well! Nothing needed on
this one to drive away! This vehicle is in great mechanical condition and it runs and drives well. The
vehicle truly is ready for a simple cosmetic refresh and it will be worth thousands. I looked underneath
and also included photos below. This is a nice solid vehicle and it has plenty of good looks to boot!
Please pay close attention to the photos and descriptions below as they will answer most if not all of
your questions. As always I tried to get as thorough and in depth with the photographs as possible. This
vehicle can be had for quite a bit less than what it is worth all for the need of a quick sale. Be careful to
not let it get away and please enjoy the auction!

Chris Wheaton restored it with the help of Paul Sellenthin. The car was stripped to metal, the rust neutralized and primered with epoxy primer. Around 2011, sold it to Byron Burnham who owns it as of 2-14. Very clean nice car.
