4) Discussion/ Votes for New Business?

    - Topic 1- What can we do as an Organization about the V-8 conversions being done to our CVs. IS there anything that can be done to avoid this? Or is this just general attrition as it always has been, ans it is just more visible due to the Digital Age

    - Topic 2- Review/ Discussions for Regional Gatherings. This is the first year for us doing this, any suggestions, comments etc. to make this a better process? Any ideas to better promote this using Club tools? (the Website/ Forums/ Etc?)

    - Topic 3- Discussion Regarding Hood Pads. How many left in stock. Any suggestions to possibly sell through, or just continue the course. 

    - Topic 4- Elections Process. We are on the honor system for voting, due to outside provider for the poll collections. IS this a good idea? How should we handle an individual who may be knowing abusing the system? (So far, this is the cheapest, best option for us, since this will be a yearly occurence. )

    - Topic 5- Parts Projects. I suggest we table any thoughts for specific parts programs at the moment. Individuals who are searching for parts to be produced should do so on their own, and if find a solution, then present to the Club Execs and we decide if Club money will fund or not. 

    - Topic 6- Do we like the 4 Regions and the H-Body Region setup? Should we add/ subtract/ or maintain the structure?

5) CVOA Website Review

- Topic 1- Been here for a year now!

- Topic 2- Open discussion. What do we like, dislike, immediate changes (if needed) etc.
