Hello,

I want to thank you all for participating in this year's National Directors Meeting. The motion to close was issued by John J. Cowall, seconded by JD Smith and concurred by Shawn Parsons. We had some pretty lively discussions regarding our Club, and how to run this Meeting for the first time via our Website! We did not have any decisions that needed to voted on, but good discussions regarding to Hood Pad delivery, the new Website and some general best practices regarding to responding to feedback sent directly to the Club via the website inquiry, general agreement on the new Director Region Structure, and the Election Process for our Executive Council and Regional Directors. We had All 4 CVOA Executive Council Members Present, 4 Regional Directors Present, and a few CVOA Members in attendance as well! Onward to Northern Virginia for the National Roundup!
