New Business: Responding to Website Inquiries
The Contact Us form on the website sends email to: CVOA President, CVOA Membership Dir, CVOA Merchandise Dir, and each Regional Director. We need to establish rules as to how these should be handled. Therefore I propose the following:
To respond to an inquiry, you should click on the persons email and then CC each of the recipients.
As to responsibilities, I propose that they be handled as follows:
Membership inquires - Mike Rupert and/or John J. Cowall Merchandise inquiries - Shawn Parsons
Website inquires - JD Smith
General Inquiries - Depending on the persons location the respective Regional Director should respond.
Also, it would not be bad for more than one person to respond. Right now, I am afraid everyone waits for everyone else... in some cases. I know I have responded to a few and I have seen John sent responses. As long as we are all cc'd on sent mail. We should be fine.

A best practice on this topic. If you respond, just cc each director and the exec council. The more contact info a member or prospective member has with the leadership of the cvoa is a good thing. We should try to respond within 24 to 48 hours if possible. JD's breakout of merchandise and membership and website being responded to by those exec council members is fine as well.
