76 looking for replacement parts/fix or direction
Hello there, I have a 76 VC I just picked up and I'm looking to see if anyone knows where I can find the correct replacement driver mirror with the adjustable knob, like the whole assembly, my adjustment seems to be stuck and I'm obviously missing a mirror. I'm also looking for a front driver amber turn signal, my mounts appear to have broke, I may attempt some jb weld fix but if its available somewhere for not too much that would be much appreciated. Last one is more technical I think, but my driver hood hinge appears to be floating, am i missing a bushing that I can get, the other side is in and I'm missing some C clips or something. Any direction is much appreciated. Thank you.

The sport mirrors used on the Cosworth (and 74-77 Vegas) were common to many 70's GM cars. The Monza hatch back and Monza Town Coupe are NOT interchangeable. You may still find these in a few salvage yards, they are available on eBay, and new ones can be purchased through OER.
The hood retaining clips were originally the "push clips" not "C" clips. Whenever the hood is removed these are usually broken and not replaced. They really are not necessary.
As for the missing hood hinge "bushing", this is not an uncommon failure. Find a junk Vega and liberate the bushing and have it welded onto your existing bracket, or simply make a new bushing and have it welded onto your bracket.
