will the head gasket for the 140 ci vega engine .080 p/n pt02sv80 fit on a cosworth engine ? where can i buy the camshaft shim tool ?

The head gasket fron the 140 works but you need to add the restrictor in the cosworth head..that seems like a thick gasket prolly will lower your compression a bit.
