Hello;

New member. Bought 1973 from Jay Hovick. I was wondering the proper engine lift point approach with the Cosworth engine? 1973 is without an engine and I have a motor for it. I was able to just use the lift in my garage to get it on a stand to clean and look over but was uncertain where to lift it with my hoist when I go to install. (For an SBC I just use an intake plate or go to the cylinder head accessory holes if it doesn't have lift tabs)

I almost feel that this needs a plate on the header mounting flange and needs one on the intake flange. I expected it to go in without the header but figured the intake would have been installed. Am I right or is there a better way?

Any recommendations or a pic?
