Seeking recommendation with the 1976 Cosworth - Borg Warner Manual 5 Speed Transmission appropriate Fluid (Embossed Casing Numbers 13-38-065-901 as well as 13-38 07 4); Recently filled casing with Valvoline 70W-75 GL-4 referencing DoctorDuke's Fluid Maintenance (CVOA Magazine Issue #93). Also contacted Valvoline Tech Support whereas associated this product as synchronous transmission fluid. Thus, haven't been able to determine if by way of the Borg Warner ID Numbers if synchronous or non-synchronous. Suspect non-synchronous as to the comments with Dexron or ATF by way of reading the CVOA Tech Comments related to this subject. Many Thanks with any feedback to replace the said gear oil with ATF or if not a problem with the current scenario!
