Need a Front Speaker
My Cosworth came with dual speakers as an option. Looks to be front and back. The speaker in the back works but the one in the dash does not. I do the fade and it is dead. So a couple questions
1) Does anyone have a speaker? If not do you have a part number number and or a place where I can get one. Maybe a simple 6x9 will suffice but not sure. Any info or input you have would be appreciated
2) How hard is it to take out the front speaker. I am hoping I do not have to take out the dash. I need to look at it more closely but I am hoping the black metal part of the dash that covers the speaker comes out independently from the rest of the dash.
3) If I am replacing the front speaker maybe I should replace both. I am guessing the back speaker is original and not the best. So same question. Anyone have info on the back speaker.

Update on the speaker. I went to the TurnSwitch.com website and gave my information and a request for a front speaker. I got a computer generated email back stating that the owner and the one who was knowledgeable on these speakers had passed in October. The family was trying to get things in order and they would get back to all those that requested speakers as soon as they could. I got an update every month or so stating they had not forgotten me and today I got a call from a son in law who was so kind. I ordered the front speaker as well as the rear. I figured that the rear still works but is probably original.
When I get them I will either try to put it myself or have my mechanic do it as he maintains all my cars.
