restoring #2699; thermostat I pulled out of engine is 160 degree; thought I saw the correct range somewhere, can't find it now - correct temp range?

restoring #2699; thermostat I pulled out of engine is 160 degree; thought I saw the correct range somewhere, can't find it now - correct temp range?
Correct Temp gauge should be 195 degree, I believe? (I know there is a 185 degree also availalbe)
