The Maloy car you are referring to is 3147. Green with buckskin vinyl. I helped on the restoration of it years ago. It now sits in a warehouse in Las Vegas with all the rest of Ram Engineering's parts and the restored Baher Chevrolet two tone 2408 on the CVOA web page. 2 beautiful cars sitting in a warehouse collecting a fine paste of dust and cat urine. What a waste. Later, Chris. Yahoo post.

Posted for sale in CVOA Facebook page by Jay Hovick:
It is for sale. It is a very nice car, I found no rust issues that are usually on them. It was purchased in Sioux City and I believe the current owner bought it from the original owner (but not 100% sure). It was stored inside until July of last year when he lost his storage area. All of the EFI parts are missing as it was converted to Webers years ago (before he bought it) I bought the Cosworth engine and Webers. Anyone that might be interested should call him, Bill Kilberg 712-212-5892 (he does not have email, internet or cell phone). I think his asking price is fair considering the overall condition of the car. I will let you guys talk to him on price... not fair of me to get in the middle of those details. Feel free to call me as well @ 515-203-6283

Dick, I have a phone number of the lister, but not a name.. My conclusion is that it was sold, then traded in to the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. Not sure about the grading of the interior or the error of the interior color. I didn't enter the Online Registry data. If you look in Photo Registry, you can see the photos that accompanied the 2013 listing, and they show a white interior. Data entry error. Operator error. Overall the interior is excellent, but I would downgrade it for the slightly faded dash bezel, the fugly dash plaque, the damaged white paint on the heater controls lettering and outlining and the underdash tape deck. So, better than good, but not quite excellent in my book. (Somewhat related, there are a few things that are not stock on the car--chrome air cleaner, and polished cam cover to name just two.)

[Cosworth Vegas] #3151 For Sale in Ohio
It was just listed on eBay. Orange with white interior and 20K miles, looks exceptional but from the underside could it have been a repaint? Most bolt-on parts on the chassis have been painted black. My reason for wondering about this car is that on the Registry it is stated the car is in Florida, has a black vinyl interior and the condition is stated as 'Good'. Maybe Jerry has info on it, does he still check on Yahoo?

I had a Mahogany car with Firethorn interior - it was my rainbow car beige left fender and green driver's door it had been wrecked and was a basket case I got in a deal. Too much at the time so it went to the Happy Cosworth Land.....
